Telephone number broadband support

Could someone confirm the number for broadband support? I'm calling the 0800 432 0200 number and being told it's closed? Thanks

Re: Telephone number broadband support

@Sweep

It is . When did you ring? It's not a 24/7 service, I think that it's supposed to open at 07:30 a.m. Is there anything that we can help you with here?

Re: Telephone number broadband support

Hi I called at 8am and then a few mins ago. It's saying Monday to Friday 8-8 and Saturday 8-5?

Re: Telephone number broadband support

I can't get my broadband connected. I've just joined. A couple of people went through things last night on here with me and said it sounded like it wasn't activated? And suggested I call plus net. Could you confirm the number I should use? Thanks

Re: Telephone number broadband support

Hi john. It gives me the option is 1 or 2 I select 1, for broadband, and it just says they're closed. Called the 0800 from my landline instead of mobile and got a tech support person who said I need to call provisioning and they're not open on Sundays?

Re: Telephone number broadband support

@Sweep Unfortunately, I found that calling on a Sunday seems to result in getting a response from individuals who are not quite as good as the week-day staff. So long as you have been informed by text and/or email that your BB service has gone live, then tech support should be able to carry out checks to determine the cause of your problem.

Re: Telephone number broadband support

I didn't get a confirmation that the broadband had gone live....I mentioned that last night. I got a text to say it would be later that day and they would let me know when it was done....that is the bit I've not had. They tech support told me to go and buy a dongle -ee, and they would credit it to my bill

Re: Telephone number broadband support

OK - sorry, I've been to sleep and forgotten you had said that, 😀

The 'buy a dongle' advice is not something I would follow, personally, as - AFAIK - it doesn't solve your problem and to be honest is very poor advice.

What information do the two tabs in the pictures below provide?
