The Technicolor is more configurable although any advanced settings need to be done via telnet. The HH4 is generally regarded to have a stronger wireless.
So they both have their strengths and weaknesses, you really need to test each one to determine which suits your needs best.
Before you bin any, remember you can always use a second router to extend the wifi to another part of the house if need be.
