Technicolor TG582n .... red internet light

I have exactly the same problem....received the router from PN about two weeks ago to replace the previous Belkin and after a couple of days the internet light went to red and has stayed like that since.
My previous router was terminally crap....I would spend the first hour of each day continually re-booting the bloody thing to try and get it to work but at least this one does....despite the red light. So I'm not going to re-boot it to get rid of the red light just in case!

It looks like your connection is fine at the moment. Is your internet light at the moment red?

Yep.....permanent red.

It's something we've fedback on so we can investigate, it may be the router running it's own lookups and failing.
I'll let you know the outcome or be in-touch if we require some more information.
