Hi all, I'm having issues with my connection dropping. Its been dropping at least a couple of times each day for the last few weeks.
Yesterday it was down for at least half the day and randomly came back. Today it has disconnected a number of times. I've tried phoning Plusnet but it was a 45 minute wait and then got an error on submitting a fault on the website. Not having much luck.
I've posted a couple of logs below. Unfortunately there were other things on the log from earlier today which have been over written. Any clues on how this could be resolved would be great or if you need any more information just let me know.
