Hi how do I see the snrm and line stats on the Technicolor TG582n FTTC?
ive got in with telnet and need the commands (cant find any on the net)
ive also tried routerstats from the kitz forums but it says link disconnected
anyone help on this please

On FTTC the TG582n is acting as a gateway so it wont have your line stats.. these can only be obtained from the modem.
Unfortunately BT have locked down both the ECI and Huawei modems, but there is a way round this.

Do as Kitz suggested, or could you buy a VDSL modem router that will act as a router and a modem in one. This has two main advantages: a) You only need one 'box', rather than two b) More importantly, this will allow you to get the VDSL stats.
On the Kitz forum (http://forum.kitz.co.uk/index.php/topic,12827.0.html), we have been discussing the TG589v3 (basically the VDSL version of the TG582N) which can be had for around £50.

I do hang about on kits now as they are very friendly unlike one other forum devoted to the internet (not this one lol)
yes I was looking in to a DrayTek Vigor 2760n, and was hoping that it would show the stats
