Question now is, why did the setting suddenly change?
Were PlusNet rolling some IPv6 service out to more than those who asked for the trial?

Looks like they've got you sorted thankfully before I had a chance to look through everything.
Looking through my notes and then my config file that I'd saved after configuring things to my satisfaction, I couldn't find a note of any CLI command I'd used for this. But my ip.ini section did have ifconfig intf=LocalNetwork ipv6=disabled in a long line of other commands as per npr's 2nd quote, so I can only assume that I did it through the GUI initially.
IIRC, I went through the GUI setup wizard configuring all that I wanted and could there, and then supplemented further requirements with CLI commands.
Clearly it's a good idea to have pool config name=LAN6_pool state=disabled, however my dhcsv6.ini section does have it enabled and I'm not seeing your issue (atm) - interesting.
Haven't you got the CLI R10 manual (if it's v10 firmware)? It's all in there.
