Hi,
Very disappointed.
As I am away on work, I had to pay an agent to allow the plus net technician access to my place in order to set up my wifi. The technician didnt pitch up. I now will have to pay the agent again with no assurance the technician will show up. I have no means of contact as all the costumer care lines are too busy. Where can I turn for help?
