Technician no show

Hello

We arranged for a technician to come today between 1-6pm and they are a no show. Very frustrating as we’ve now lost work because of this.

I’d be grateful if anyone can help as struggling to get any support with next steps

@hawthornbetts Was this for a fault or installation? Either way, I would suggest you ring in tomorrow morning - the support lines closed at 8PM, and I doubt the Help Team staff on here will pick this up tonight. Even if they did, there is little they can do, as OpenReach will be closed.
