The target SNR for my line appears to have increased from 6 to 9. Can someone from plusnet please reset it back to 6?

Hi mcilroyclan1,
A warm welcome to the forums.
There is little point requesting a snrm reset without finding out why the dlm has raised it from the normal value. There is a high probability that it will just revert to 9dB.
Is there any noise in the phone line? Dial 17070 option 2 using a corded phone plugged into the master socket.
Take a look at the speed issues thread and post the requested stats.
@CRT,
Can you please post a VR plot and error history?

Hi all, the line is showing as perfectly stable and without errors so I'm happy to perform an SNR reset.
