Target SNR and Mnually changed Profile

Hi,
For some reason the lowering of a target SNR is always tricky to deal with, probably because it needs doing via the fault process. Shame it's not LLU because that's a 10 second job and a couple of mouse clicks. I've made a comment and hopefully we can persuade BT an engineer isn't required and get this done for you.
