Re: Target SNR Change Please

Although the line does already seem stable again:

The profile is still at WBC 160K - 24M Medium delay (INP 1) 3dB Downstream, UC Medium delay (INP 2) 6dB Upstream (ADSL2+)
Do you want any changes making or is the stability good at the moment from your point of view?

Re: Target SNR Change Please

HI Chris,
Excuse me for being a bit direct but took a while  Undecided
If you could, I would like both Up&down SNR set to 9bd and all interleaving removed..
Interleaving has only made performance worse,
I'm almost sure there is a fault with line somewhere at the exchange, just liek there was when it was first provisioned but honestly, I CBA to go down the route of even trying to get this done and will be having the line ceased in the next month or 2..
Please update this thread once you have pushed through new configs..
Cheers  Smiley

Re: Target SNR Change Please

I've just tried to push them through but it's telling me invalid parameters, I'll try again and see what I can do, I might have to go through an SNR reset to sort it which means no other changes for 10 days.

Re: Target SNR Change Please

Right, I think this is happening because the interleaving is set to on, rather than auto, which means the changes I'm trying to make are being rejected.
What we'd need to do is place a modify order (1 day) to turn interleaving to auto or off, and once that's completed do the 9db changes.
Does that sound ok?
