Re: Talk Talk Router HG633

Hello there. From searching the router on Google, it appears to be locked to TalkTalk, I'm afraid. Sad

Re: Talk Talk Router HG633

Hi thank you very much

as just joined plusnet moved over from talktalk.

worked a treat. with super router HG635 ver G.1.01

there another advantage to using the talktalk router as you can edit DNS the google servers are quite fast and free and plus net provide DNS address that avoid/circumvent

Plusnet Protect

I use openVPN and subscbribe to FrootVPN

google free DNS work well and fast just tick static DNA on the bottom of the same page and enter address and save

plusnet primary DNS 212.159.13.49

Plusnet secondary DNS 212.159.13.50

google primary DNS 8.8.8.8

google secondary DNS 8.8.4.4

the google DNS solve a lot of lag on browsers.

It also worth reading up ON DNS there plenty of articles

Thanks again
