TG585 v7 messing up xbox live nat type open still cant connect

heyyy recently got plus net pro and a TG585 v7 router, but disabled firewall set up dmz with xbox upnp enabled but when i start up xbox live it says strict nat type, test xbox live connection via dashboard and then it makes the nat OPEN but rly it aint cant connect to anyone plus cant find games join parties, any ideas?
