TG585 replacement

Ok PN staff here's an interesting one for you...
What guarantee does the TG585 router you supply have? Is it only a 12 month one?
I've been with you for nearly 2 years now and I think my router is going duff - rebooting (does seem to get very hot - even though its now on its side with plenty of air getting to it) or do I have to put my hand in my pocket and buy a new one.....
Thanks
AJJ

Re: TG585 replacement

HI AJJ,
We wouldn't replace it free of charge as it's out of warranty but I could send you a new one which you wouldn't have to pay for unless you left us in the next 12 months. The is a £4.99 P&P fee though.
