TG585 event log size increase?

Is there anyway to increase the size of the event log or better still to extract it to the PC?
The reason for asking is that I am trying to track when my connection is dropping, but when I look in the event log it is so small it doesn't show me any history.
Thanks.

Re: TG585 event log size increase?

You can get a much longer log history if you open a command prompt window, then telnet into the router (telnet 192.168.1.254); enter the router admin username and password when prompted - the same as you enter to login from your browser.
Type systemlog show at the prompt.
This will list the complete history in the router log buffer. You can copy that (eg right-click and choose Select All, then right click on the highlighted text).
Paste this into a text editor of your choice.
