TG585 Wireless Died

The wireless on my TG585 has completely died. Would it be possible to have a 582n sent out? I am happy to commit for another 12 months and accept the £4-99 p&p charge.

Hi, we can but it might be worth trying a factory reset of the router first just in case that might resolve the issue: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/hardware/technicolor-582n-faqs.shtml#factoryReset

Yeah, already tried that I'm afraid. Definitely no wireless signal from router.

OK, sounds like a job for a new router then.
We just need to speak with you briefly so we can clear the payment, just tried your mobile a few seconds ago but there was no answer.

Strange, mobile in pocket and switched on. I've checked the number in my account and it is correct. Available anytime this afternoon.
