TG582n remote firmware update request

Hi,
I have been trying to upgrade my TG582n from 8.4.4.J to 10.2.2.B today using the 2 upgrade tools available, but it just keeps failing.
I have read a few threads with representatives saying it's possible for Plusnet to do this remotely, could you do this for me?
Mine is the non-USB version...

Yep, I can sort this out. Word of warning, you'll notice the router rebooting/restarting for 5-10 minutes so do not reset or pull the power when this is happening!

That's showing as complete now: Firmware Version:  10.2.2.B.

I thought plusnet did this automatically? but i guess im wrong.

Please could my router also be remotely upgraded? Currently on 8.4.4.J. Thanks.
