Ok I have been into my inlaws router and set the remote assistamce to be on permanently, I have manually set a password and also e-mailed the url (IP and port) to my own e-mail address.
I have just been onto a neighbours pc to try it and it doesn't let me on. All I get is "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
Ok I thought this is the neighbours ISP or pc so I used my laptop and still no joy. I have now even tried from my wifes grandads pc who is also on Plus Net and I still get the same issue.
Can anyone help please.

Hi Brabus,
Not to sure myself on this one. I'll get our hardware expert to have a look see what why it's not working. There not in today, should hopefully have some info tomorrow for you.
