I know this has been posted before and elsewhere. Other customers with the TG582n router experience the same thing. Quite randomly, but not very often, it's just done it, the green "internet" light turns "red" on my router. The connection still works fine and the "red" turns to green when a "disconnect" and "connect" is carried out in the router's "Broadband Connection" section. Why does this happen, my DSL connection has been stable and good for 34+days and still shows that? It's not a major problem but is annoying! It doesn't seem to be p.c. dependent either, wired connection or wireless.

Hi there, We've checked this with our products team and it is nothing to be concerned about and does seem that this does happen on some of our routers. I've posted a graph of your connection which shows also that you're remaining connected. <img src="http://ccgi.psmith12.plus.com/visradius/generated/image13691429105859.png"/>
