TBB graph - only 2 affected last night 29th april

My self and Matt Turner last night both had it.  I was playing a game and did get a fair bit of rubber banding, but I put it down to the game being hosted in US and during an alpha test so was expecting it.
Currently on pcl-ag03

Matt was on ptn-ag03, so it wasn't gateway specific.  He was also downloading something at the time.
Anyone else have a problem last night like this?

Also, you were downloading at about 2.5Mbps at the time of those peaks and jumped to 4Mbps towards the end.  Could the game have been downloading something?

Kelly I was watching some youtube videos off and on during that time about the game, so that's why.  Alpha means no wiki's are current enough, so I was watching videos in the hope of finding the info I needed in gameplay videos

What line speed are you seeing at the minute?

Other than a power outage at night a week ago when it dropped to 4.9ish which reverted back to the then 5.4mbit after a reboot during the day.  It has been constant at 5.4mbit for a while now .  So its working fine it doesn't need tweaked, just that graph last night was an odd one.
