Re: TBB 17th 5.20ish am spike on all graphs?

A bit of a mystery as the spike only seems to be on PlusNet connections.
Other ISPs TBB graphs are not showing the spike  http://craigswebsites.co.uk/ping/

Re: TBB 17th 5.20ish am spike on all graphs?

Another smaller spike at 9.50pm and I am expecting to see another for 10.45pm when I lost connection in game and could not browse at all.
pcl-ag03
edit: A spike as expected but this time only on mine, but just had a drop in my latency but no loss in sync/PPP.  Maybe related to a SNR reset I believe was set for my connection but wasn't carried out by BT

I wondered what that was, as I was sure nothing happened at my end  Roll_eyes

I've been getting these packet loss spikes on and off for the last 10 days.    It's usually in the early hours. Any ideas?

When's this work happening?
Tomorrow morning, 10th September.
What does it affect?
Our core network.
How long will it take?
Up to two hours.
What does the work involve?
We're upgrading the software on one of our core routers (PTW-CR02).
Am I likely to notice the work?
There may be a short interruption to the routing of customers' Internet traffic, however any interruption should be negligible and is very unlikely to be noticed.
Is there anything else I need to know?
No.
Kind Regards,

You'll have been seeing quite a few of these over the past 4-5 months because we've been upgrading the firmware on all the core routers.  Nothing to see here, move along Smiley
