Syncspeed dropping

My syncspeed has dropped from 3500 to 2000kbps.
Tried the usual, master socket, replaced router  etc
Could someone give it a push ?
Thanks in anticipation

Re: Syncspeed dropping

Hi DM,
Are you referring to your Sync speed or your IP Profile?
If the former, does it remain the same after all of those changes you have tried without any fluctuation?

Re: Syncspeed dropping

Thanks for very quick reply,
I was refereing to Syncspeed but just checked the IP profile and that has dropped to 2000k, reckon it was 3000 or 3500 a month ago.

Re: Syncspeed dropping

Right ok.
Can you tell us what your setup was for each of those tests?
Your ideal set up is always going to be connecting to the test socket behind the master socket.
The DSL Connection rate is the important bit to look at.
