NP, using Routerstats to monitor, latest version can be downloaded from http://www.vwlowen.co.uk/internet/files.htm
Lets give it 24hrs and see what happens.
Thanks DM.

monkey,
I had the same type of situation when I moved, BT had to conduct a lift and shift to resolve. Your internals sound fine (adsl nation plates are good kit)

Sopos9, not heard the term 'lift and shift' before can you elaborate?
Thanks, DM.

DM,
Your circuit is plugged into a line card at your exchange.  A lift and shift is where the circuit is removed from one port on the line card and plugged into a different port, or a different line card.

Its simply means pulling your connection from a port/card and connecting it to a new port/card on a DSLAM, this happens if the fault is found in a exchange port/card (or if open reach dont wanna investigate further  Tongue )

Thanks for the update.
Are you seeing a number of connection dropouts?  BT are saying that they're currently unable to see any problems on your line as such, but I can see that there have been a number of reconnections over the last couple of days, which will be when you get the lower sync speeds.
I can continue to progress this with BT however.
