Syncing at 20727, only getting 9.8 according to btw speedchecker?

Hi
As per the title, I am getting alot slower download rates than what I should be getting.  have checked using the BT Wholesale speed checker.
This is from the router:
7 - Data rate: 1231/20727
8 - Maximum data rate: 1232/20764
9 - Noise margin: 6.2/3.0
10 - Line attenuation: 8.2/18.5
From BT Wholesale speedchecker:
Download Speed (Mbps): 9.89
Upload Speed (Mbps): 1.03
Ping Latency (ms):59
Please advise best resolution

I can't see anything obvious that would cause the issues, your line is connecting at a good speed and the profile is set correctly.
Are the speeds you're seeing over a wired or wireless connection?

This is via a wired connection.

Can you run the BT Speedtest again but do the further diagnostics test after the first completes?
