Sync speed not matched by throughput speed

Just wondering if my PN profile is stuck. I’ve been syncing at 6256 for about a week but only get less than 4mb on Namesco test.
My account shows ‘Estimated line speed:
Not recorded (service activated before we introduced estimates).
Current line speed:
4 Mb
……….but the table produced by the great James Bailey a while ago puts the profile at 5.5mb for that sync speed

Looks like it was stuck on our side, I've given this a kick up to 5500 now so you should start to see the higher speeds coming through shortly.
