I have had plusnet broadband for roughly a month. I plugged the router in and had ok (if a little slow) service for the first couple of weeks. The broadband then started to drop out intermittently before refusing to connect at all in the last 10 days or so.
The broadband light flashes and the internet light is not lit (2704n router). The router (wiring, position etc) hasn’t been tampered with since first plug in. I believe this is known as a sync fault?
As live chat is down and I am not willing to sit on the phone for an hour on a Sunday night, is it possible to get a ticket raised from here?
Thanks

Hi there,
I've been running some tests and they've picked up on a fault with your phone line.
I've reported that to Openreach, no engineer visit should be necessary and we'll do our best to update you within the next few days.
