Hi,
I would like to switch from Premier option 1 to Unlimited however I'm wondering what will happen if I switched now.
The usage resets on the 10th every month however the direct debit isn't taken out until the 15th. So if I switched today would the money be taken out for the Premier account and the unlimited account or would I have to wait until the next billing month before switching?
Thanks

Hi Quester,
If you request a product change, this will happen on your next billing date, the day on which your usage is reset.
Your account type would merely be changed over on that date, there wouldn't be a crossover period or anything like that.

Ok, I understand.
If I switch will I still be able to get the 4 port wireless router as I can't see any mention of it when going through the change product interface.
Thanks again.

Yes you can. You'd just need to raise a ticket requesting it.
Or alternatively, just ask me once you've moved onto the new product and I'll sort it out for you

Wow, lightning reply there.
I've requested the switch and will raise a ticket when it's gone through.
Thanks again.
