I had a chap from sky on the phone for over 1/2 an hour, he simply couldn't understand why I was willing to pay so much more to plus.net than I would be paying sky - he even offered me FREE broadband for 6 months and was astounded when I still said I wouldn't move
oh, and tiscali are a nightmare, I was still getting billed by them for the odd call or two 8-10 months after leaving them

Yes, it's not always down to cost.  Quality of service is a big factor that I take into account.  Smiley

different Option 2.
I think the OP is on BB+ option2 not BBYW option 2

Still, looks like the author of this post has been given plenty of food for thought. For my 2 penneth, Metronet and Plusnet offer excellent services and products; I have recent experience of just how helpful their helpdesk are, I wouldn’t change.  Smiley
