HI all,
I signed up to Plusnet today with an acitivation sometime in May before my Contract ends with Virgin. Do I need to inform Virgin or will Plusnet handle everything?

@Jamesjmclaren You should not need to inform Virgin, if you used the OTS service, but keep you wits about you once you have moved - there is anecdotal evidence that sometimes Virgin forget you've moved, and try to continue billing.

Also be aware of VM's equipment returns policy, it is usual to be requested to return all equipment VM have supplied to operate their service ( VM Hub / VM Pods / VM TV units ). Failure to return kit when requested attracts a fee.
