Hi.
I was messing with routers last weekend and triggered interleaving and a raise of the target Snr.
Could the setting on my line be switched from automatic to manual fast path?
The couple of disconnects yesterday were DLM dropping the noise margin back to 3db and me dropping the PPPoE session to switch gateways.
Account is the one without the '2' on the end.
Could you also check the Plusnet line speed setting as I don't think this was raised after my sync speed increased.
Thanks
Gary

Probably best explained as the absence of interleaving and then to explain what interleaving is

Hi Gary,
I've just placed a reset on your line to remove interleaving and bring your SNR back to what it was, it should go through at sometime later today for you.
