Switch off 'n' on Technicolor TG582n?

I had one of these routers with o2, and someone directed me at how to disable the 'n' capability of the router. Thing is my Samsung Galaxy Apollo, despite being 'n' capable, only works successfully some of the time. Disabling 'n' at the router then solved the problem. But I have forgotten how. There's no facility at the router GUI.
Thanks
[Edit: I meant of course TG582n]

You can telnet to the router, It's one of the settings listed at http://npr.me.uk/
