Support ticket 63857505 - Slow speed.. IP Profile stuck at 2 Mbps

Router: plusnet supplied Thompson TG585 v7
BT socket: NTE2000 faceplate fitted, ie I don't use any external filters.
Computers: my PC is connected via ethernet cable, we also have laptops but none are connected via wireless during any tests I've ran.
The problem started this month with speed limited to under 2mb, IP Profile once again seems to be stuck at 2 Mbps and hence I'm only getting around 1.8mb download speed! Normally I get 6.5-7mb in download speed.

Router stats attached (unfortunately the router decided to randomly restart itself whilst I was in the menu so hence short connection time)

Hi there,
Having checked I can't see any issue with the profile that's currently set for your line.
I can't see any other obvious causes I'm afraid but I can see that you've raised a fault ticket, you should have a reply ASAP assuming that this is still an issue for you.
