Support desk response time?

I raised a ticket on Sunday evening (my connection keeps dropping out) but so far no response at all.  What's a reasonable time to expect Support team to come back to me?

I would have expected this to have been picked up by now. I have done a few quick tests and can see the problems you are suffering. I've dropped a message to our faults team to ensure it's picked up first thing tomorrow.
