I raised a ticket on Monday morning regarding frequent disconnects and slow speeds on my FTTC and have yet to get any response.....have Plusnet finally given up on me or are they all on their Easter hols?
@stranex, Hmmm, I'm sorry to see you've not had a response yet, to be honest I would have expected you to have had one by now. I've assigned this to one of our most experienced and capable faults agents so you're in good hands now.
