Support Videos

Should not the three support videos be made a sticky post on this forum
there are two way down the page on Broadband help and another about setting up e mail
The Broadband ones are also way down the home page
Not much help to a new user

Hi there,
I'll drop a post in the mods forum and see if they'll be happy to do this though I know they're not too keen on too many sticky topics... would you be happy for this to be in the broadband help section? IIRC there's only one sticky in there so far.

I have been posting news about these videos into our front page news (click 'home' above).. you can generally find out what the (my) website guys have been busy with there..
I am beginning to wonder how we might better link to our online help & support from these forums though..

I have downloaded the Set up video from Google, now how do I download the spam - e.mail set up video other than real player mode, my potable Media player doesn't support that

Hi Pierre.  I've just uploaded the 'spam/email' video to Google.  It's come out a bit more blocky than on YouTube however.  We'll be creating a more basic 'how to set up email' video later in the week too, and will look at compression techniques to try and improve the resolution of these videos.  I'm also looking to make the files available for download from our own website of course.
