Support Ticket

Hi peeps,
Any chance that someone can give my ticket a prod?  Opened it on Sunday and haven't had any feedback at all (Ticket 111604987).

Did another BT speed test earlier and the line speed has jumped up to just under half of what it used to be but DL speed was still naff.  Did a reset on the router and things are picking up so guessing it's going through the training process again so not so much of a problem as it was previously - hopefully it'll sort itself out over the next few days  Smiley

Your line was erroring a *lot*, the mean time between errors when we tested it was 1 second. This had forced your SNR up to a high level, my colleague reset this although I'm a bit concerned that with those errors the SNR will just jump up again. Keep an eye on it and let us know how it goes.
