Super fast not available

I am told i cant have super fast ie upgrade my adsl, open reach enginer says there is fibre in the box i am connected to, and there are spare Ports so why am i told that i cant have it by BT or plusnet.

This makes no sense

Our suppliers records Here using your landline telephone number are showing no spare ports, if an engineer's advised you there are spare ports I'd recommend raising this directly with Openreach by filling out the formwize Here.
