Suffering slow upload speed

Sorry, no longer a PN customer....but the forum support has been so great I didn't know where else to turn.

Upload speed for the past month has just been unbearable and seems to be messing up the download too.

Had two engineer visits so far - one found problems, the other didn't. No noise on the line.

Would welcome any help people could provide. Any further information please ask.
