Suffered a massive drop in fibre speed!

Even since getting fibre last November I've rattled along at about 70mbps down and 16mbps up. Yet, today my speed is only 1.6mbps up and .7mbps down!
I've rebooted the modem and my TP-Link router to no avail.
There is no outage posted for my area posted.
Please techies, look into this for me.

Post the results from the BT speedtest diagnostic second stage as per http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html then we might have a clue

All sorted now. Duff TP-Link Router! Angry
Connected direct to modem and had usual speeds. Put PN router back online! Cheesy

Did a full reset on the TP-Link router and that's all OK now!  Cool
