Hello
Q1 I have had my Fibre from September, since which it has been rock solid at 22Mps Down. Since the 23rd its fallen to 20Mps again rock solid, but as I don't get the original predicted speeds another 10% drop is significant as its getting nearer ADSL2+ which I had before.
Q2 I'm looking to add Plus Net Phone and Broadband to another line (already in place) do I start again on the web site, or is there a way it can be added to my account To save on two sets of bills.
Tony

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about the slight drop in speeds, as that's still a fair way above the estimate there won't be much we could do to be frank.
Regarding your other question we don't have a way to consolidate accounts I'm afraid so that would need to be set up as a second one.
