I normally get download speeds >10Mb/s, however from Sunday I can only get 3.5Mb/s, this speed confirmed from the wholesale broadband speed test and plusnet portal has the following:
Phone exchange: EASTON
Estimated line speed:10Mb (This may vary between 9Mb and 12.5Mb) - Checked on 2017-08-19 01:12:06
Current line speed:3.9 Mb
I did not change my home LAN/WAN configuration at all or add any new devices. My 'helpdesk' page on the router I will paste below. You can see from the stats I performed a router restart too. Thanks for any helpful suggestions! I wish I had more information to help work out the problem.
