Well, after being put on the 80/20 trial, being told 50meg is the best I can get even though the cab is around 100m away, my ping time has suddenley increased. (Patientley waits for FTTP on demand, dont care how much it costs)
I vaguely remember before the engineer came to run a diagnostic on the line, the ping times were in the reigon of about 15-20ms, when I was first on the trial, I usually got pings of around 5ms. Just after the engineer requested something was switched off on my line, the ping was back to 5ms and the line was stable... until about 15mins ago.
Pings have suddenley jumped to about 25ms, abruptley according to the tbb graph here: http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/ec3b6cf80da3f10456d6db76ef99b9ee.html
I take it interleaving on a fibre line cannot be forced off? Odd thing is I used to get a ping of about 12ms on my previous ADSL line before fibre, odd

Unfortunately interleaving cannot be forced off when on fibre. there have been a few disconnections on your line. I'd make sure you are leaving your router and modem turned on at all times.

When interleaving is on, you will see an increase like you have with your ping times, if your line does remain stable with no errors on there then hopefully interleaving will turn itself off.
I have also replied to your ticket 58432100 regarding the account change.
