Sudden doubling of upload speed ?

Ever since I first joined Plusnet my upload speed has been in the region of 380 kb/s.
Today I noticed that it has doubled in speed to about 760 kb/s. The upload speed doesn't seem to have been affected.
I'm not complaining of course, because email pics upload in seconds. I'm just wondering why it's happened.

I can't find the reference but I believe that Plusnet have started uncapping the uploads on 21CN connections

That would make sense if they've started at the beginning of the alphabet. My name isn't  Aaron Ardvark but it's not far away.
Now if they would set their line profiles at the same value as the BT profile my world would be complete !
