Sudden Slow Sync, multiple CRC errors, SNR Margin low

Pulling my hair out here, all was OK until a few days ago, when suddenly my ADSL slowed to a crawl, I checked on my router (Draytek 2860) and see the issue is with the syncing, numbers as follows:

I am thinking the issue is likely at the exchange, cross wire, noise etc?

I have also tried a different router, direct into master socket, changed the wire to splitter, changed the splitter, but alas, always syncing around the 2.5Mbps mark and crawling.

Before this I averaged a sync of around 11Mbps and the connection has been stable for years.

Anyone else having this issue?

It is pointless asking if others are having problems, only you use your line.

 What about the basics, how is your phone line, dial 17070 option 2?
