Sudden Internet connection - Fibre
My internet suddenly went at 10:20ish. Took over 5 mins to connect. Is there an issue at the exchange?
my cable was okay and not disconnected (Master socket to modem)
But the DSL light on modem was off.
Did this happen to anyone else?

Hi,
Unfortunately we're not always able to tell what caused an individual disconnection. I'd not be too concerned if everything's back to normal now.
Nothing reported for your area in terms of outages though.

Well the cleaners were here at the time of the outage. Maybe the hoover made a change in the electric supply? Or hoover head hit the socket by mistake.
