Hi Thumb866,
I've taken a look at your line and can see that you've got an intermittent issue which is the probably cause for the very low speeds.
Are you able to swap the microfilter for an alternative and connect that into your Test Socket?

Are you able to borrow one at all?
We just want to ensure it's nothing internal before raising this to our suppliers for further investigation. If you have a router we sent you, you should have received 2 microfilters with it.

No. I can't get hold of one.
I guess its just a waiting game/hoping that it sorts itself out then? It has corrected itself each time its done this before...

It'd be worth raising a fault with us at http://faults.plus.net however, you will be asked to swap the microfilter over at some point as this could be what's causing the problem.

awfully slow speeds are back.
this is happening way too frequently....The test socket/microfilter swap made no difference.

Can you please raise a fault online so that our Faults Team can get this looked into for you?
