Re: Stuck at 9,727

Hi there,
I've just requested an SNR reset on your line... it's stuck at 9,727 because currently it's banded but the SNR reset should remove that within the next couple of hours and allow the line to retrain. Hope you get a decent speed out of it Smiley

Re: Stuck at 9,727

Thanks Matt - didn't seem to work, I've restarted a few times and it's still 9,727

How many times and how close together? Did you tell the router to disconnect before you restarted it (this tells the exchange it was an intentional disconnect)?
If the exchange sees a number of disconnections in a short time it thinks the line is unstable and one of the things it might do is band the line so it only syncs at a lower speed which puts you back where you started. Sad

Twice, a few hours apart - I've left it since then hoping when the SNR reset goes through that it'll disconnect all on its own

Re: Stuck at 9,727

Hi there,
Not sure what's happened there but I've tried resubmitting the SNR reset request to see if that helps.

Re: Stuck at 9,727

You don't need to reboot/restart. When an SNR reset takes effect, the exchange will restart the connection.
