Stuck at 2000kps

I don't often check speed as it can take over your life but after a couple of years I thought I would check. I am very close to the exchange and in the past have had greater than 6000kps download speed.
I checked speed on 24 Sept and got 1900 ish. Checked at different times and stuck at 2000 max. Plusnet line speed 7.15Mb. BT speed test just now shows DSL connection 8128, and IP profile at 2000.

There was an inconsistency between your bRAS and DSLAM where one is showing 7150 and the other is showing 2000. I've reset the SNR which normally fixes this. If not we'll have to raise a fault to get it fixed.

Just raised a fault for you on this, as soon as it comes back we'll have a chat to BT and get the exchange kit reset. Will update soon.

Just had it confirmed that that's now been done, it might take a couple of hours to take effect but that should be the exchange reset for you
