Stuck at 2000 kbs again

I seem to be stuck at 2000kbs down load speed again. This happened a few months ago for some reason. Could you have a look to see if the profile is stuck.

What results does a BT speedtest give you? Interested in the IP profile and the throughput speed.

IP Profile for your line is - 7.15 Mbps
I have tested the speed at different times of the day and get 1.8 - 1.9
I had this a few months ago and Plusnet did some sort of reset and all went back to 7-7.5 (I am very close to the exchange).
