Stuck Profile

My Plusnet profile seems to have been stuck at 3Mbps for a week or more despite my BT profile being 3.25Mbps.  Could a member of support staff give it a prod please as the automatic update doesn't seem to be working?

I've always found that a quick question via the Support Wizard->[My Broadband Connection]->[Other] gets a pretty quick response. Indeed, I went this way this morning as my PN line speed profile had been stuck on 16.4, even though the IP increased to 16.6 a week ago. It was actioned in 2hrs and 15 minutes, which is great as far as I'm concerned.
